    　もち米とみりんを石臼でひいた、白く濁った甘いお酒です。

    　童謡「うれしいひなまつり」に、「すこし しろざけ めされたか　あかい おかおの うだいじん」という歌詞があるように、

    　これを３月３日のひな祭りに飲むことは江戸時代から続く伝統的な風習となります。

  • 屋守 純米無調整火入（720ml）

    　

    　蜜を持った花、蜜リンゴを思わせる香り。

    　口当たりなめらかで舌を包むような甘みと発泡感。　

    　どこかビターな風味もあり、シードルを連想させる味わいです。

    　最後は爽やかな酸ときれいな余韻が残ります。

On the day of Hinamatsuri, while praying for the health and well-being of girls, enjoy a family dinner with both white sake and Japanese sake.

  1. Edo no Kusabun Toyoshimaya Shirozake (180ml)

    　A sweet sake made by grinding glutinous rice and mirin with a mortar.　As depicted in the lyrics of the children’s song ‘Ureshii Hinamatsuri,’ drinking this on 　March 3rd has been a traditional custom since the Edo period.

  2. Yamori Junmai Mucyosho Hiyuki (720ml)

    　Delicate aroma reminiscent of honey and honey apples.　

    　Smooth mouthfeel with a gentle sweetness and a hint of carbonation.　

    　A subtle bitterness and a clean finish, leaving a refreshing acidity and pleasant aftertaste.
